VoIP SERVICE SYSTEM, CALL CONTROL SERVER AND CALL CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call transmission/reception restriction service individually for each of a plurality of voice VPN services provided by the same VoIP service system, and to flexibly and easily modify contents of the call transmission/reception restriction service for each of the voice VPN services.

SOLUTION: A voice VPN group management table of each of call control servers 10A, 10B manages the contents of call transmission/reception restriction for each VPN group. The caller side control server 10A transmits a connection request added with caller side voice VPN group information about a caller side voice VPN group to the receiver side call control server 10B in response to a transmission request from a terminal 31. The control server 10B determines the connection propriety between both terminals on the basis of the contents of call transmission/reception restriction of the caller side voice VPN group acquired from the caller side voice VPN group information included in the received connection request and the contents of the call transmission/reception restriction of the receiver side voice VPN group of a receiver side terminal designated by the connection request.
