PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus capable of simultaneously transmitting video data to a plurality of terminal devices via communication lines.

SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 10 comprises an acceptance 11 for accepting transmission information that is information to be transmitted; a plurality of tunnel communications 13-15 each for performing tunnel communication with one terminal device to encapsulate and transmit a packet; and a transmitter 12 for transmitting to a plurality of terminal devices 101-103 a packet regarding the transmission information accepted by the acceptance 11 via the plurality of tunnel communications 13-15. Furthermore, the destination addresses of internal packets contained in each of the packets encapsulated by the plurality of tunnel communications 13-15 are the same address.
