PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To linearly control a logical threshold of a logic circuit over the whole range of a power supply voltage. SOLUTION: A logical threshold control voltage is input to a logical threshold control circuit. The output of the logical threshold control circuit is connected to an output terminal of the logic circuit.
