PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize effects of great cost reduction and step simplification as compared with a conventional photolithography step by forming a pad electrode etc., in a relatively simple method of ashing conductive photoresist. SOLUTION: The conductive photoresist is used as the pad electrode and a pad electrode is formed in a contact hole in the relatively simple method of ashing such conductive photoresist to realize great cost reductions and simplification of steps as compared with a conventional photolithography step.
