PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly install and operate application software on a computer. SOLUTION: A method concerning the present invention is the method for communicating a set of requirements for an application program generated by a producer of the application program to a potential user of the application program, includes a step that the producer of the application program generates a computer file for specifying a set of requirements of the application program and transfers copy of the computer file to the potential user, the potential user reads the computer file and executes a computer program for analyzing performance of a computer system about a set of requirements of the application program.
