Provided are a fuel supply apparatus that ensures a continuous operation of a fuel cell when a cartridge-mode fuel tank is replaced, and supplies fuel discharged from a fuel tank through a roundabout way, and a fuel cell system comprising the same. The fuel supply apparatus(200) comprises: a fuel tank(210) having an internal space for storing hydrogen-containing fuel and an outlet for outflow of the fuel cell; a valve(230) that combines with the outlet of the fuel tank(210); and a roundabout fuel pipe(240) that combines with the valve(230) and transfers a certain amount of fuel discharged from the fuel tank(210) through a roundabout path. The valve(230) includes 4 port valves in which the first port(232) combines with the outlet, the second port(234) combines with the inlet, and the third and fourth ports(236,238) combine with the both ends of the roundabout fuel pipe(240). |
