A device for separating foreign materials(surplus earth) of waste vinyl is provided to reduce load of a cleaning tank and a cleaning process and to wash a great quantity of waste materials at the same time by exactly separating the foreign materials before the waste materials mixed with foreign materials are inserted into the cleaning tank. The device for separating foreign materials(surplus earth) of waste vinyl is composed of first, second, and third separators vertically or horizontally installed; a first outer mesh(5) like a screen net; and a second punching plate-type mesh. A separator body is installed horizontally at the angle of 5~7 degree and the outside is cased with steel plates. The separated foreign materials are collected in a hopper(10) and separately stored along a conveyor(15). The vinyl is discharged through the conveyor to a discharge port(4) formed in the end. A driving unit is driven by a motor(13) and a shaft is protected by thick steel plates over 12-16mm. Rollers(8) are installed on both ends of a cylindrical container and turned to support a rotating cylinder and keep the balance of the cylindrical container. |
