Production of magnesium/magnesium alloy powder hydride containing hydrogen storage material for power supply of technical devices, comprises grinding the magnesium hydride powder and diamond powder under hydrogen atmosphere

The hydrogen storage material has a particle size of 100 nm-1 mu m. The diamond powder (0.5-5 wt%) has a particle size of 30-60 mu m. The grinding is carried out at 10-16 hours and the magnesium hydride (0.01-10 wt%) powder and the diamond powder are heated at 110-130[deg]C under hydrogen atmosphere. An independent claim is included for magnesium/magnesium alloy powder hydride containing hydrogen storage material.
