A pump impeller insert mold is provided to improve quality of an impeller by permitting a first post to retreat by the pressure of a resin filling a cavity and a second post to retreat from an insert when the first post is retreated to a predetermined position. A pump impeller insert mold(1) comprises a base core(10), a first post(20), a second post(30), a sensor(45), and a micro computer. The base core is coupled to one side of a lower template(3), and has a vertical installation hole connected to a cavity(4) and a horizontal installation hole extended from the vertical installation hole in a horizontal direction. The base core has one side in which a hydraulic cylinder(36) is arranged. The first post is arranged on the vertical installation hole of the base core in such a manner that the first post is movable in a vertical direction. The first post moves in an upward direction by the support force of an elastic member(25) so that an upper outer surface of the first post supports an inner surface of an insert(5a). The first post retreats by the pressure of resin which fills the cavity. The second post is arranged on an outer surface of the first post. A movable plate(35) is integrally connected to the second post so that the second post selectively retreats. The movable plate has a top supporting the insert and a bottom arranged in the horizontal installation hole so that the movable plate is movable in an upward direction by the hydraulic cylinder. The sensor is arranged to sense the position of the first post. The micro computer receives signals from the sensor, and operates the second post by controlling the hydraulic cylinder.
