<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of suppressing capacity loss of a positive electrode active material caused by an initial charge and discharge loss of a negative electrode active material and of preventing reduction of capacity characteristics of a battery as a whole, in a secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: In the secondary battery having at least one single battery layer in which a positive electrode active material layer containing the positive electrode active material formed on a surface of a current collector, an electrolyte layer, and a negative electrode active material layer containing the negative electrode active material formed on the surface of the current collector are laminated in this order, the positive electrode active material layer is made to contain a first positive electrode active material and a second positive electrode active material capable of charging and discharging at a lower charge and discharge potential than that of the first electrode active material, and of which the electric capacity per unit weight is larger than that of the first active material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
