<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply that makes it possible to prevent voltage drop at start and is versatile. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply 50 includes a fuel cell 110, a lithium ion secondary battery 104, a first switch 136, a second switch 138, an output terminal 142, and a first control unit 140. The first control unit 140 controls the switches. During a specific period, it controls the second switch 138 so as to interrupt power supply.
