<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary gear device in which a uniform quantity of lubricating oil is supplied to a bearing between a pinion and a pinion shaft. <P>SOLUTION: An inner peripheral side lubricating oil feed hole 92a located on the inner peripheral side from a rotation locus A around an axis C passing the centerline of the pinion shaft 78, out of the inner peripheral side lubricating oil feed hole 92a and an outer peripheral side lubricating oil feed hole 92b provided in the pinion shaft 78 supporting the pinion 74 rotatably through a needle bearing 76, has a hole diameter larger than the outer peripheral side lubricating oil feed hole 92b located on the outer peripheral side of the locus A. The lubricating oil feed quantity difference between the outer peripheral side lubricating oil feed hole 92a and the inner peripheral side lubricating oil feed hole 92b is thereby reduced under the presence of centrifugal force. As a result, nonuniformity of lubricating oil supply is eliminated to obtain a uniform quantity of lubrication and also to obtain the durability of the planetary gear device 18 operated particularly at high speed rotation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
