<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt retractor capable of effectively restraining transmission of vibration and noise generated in the seat belt retractor to the car body side. <P>SOLUTION: A base frame 12 is constituted of a first frame 16 to support a spool free to rotate and a second frame 17 mounted on the car body side. The first frame 16 is constituted of a pair of disc type first and second supporting members 18, 19 and interval members 20, 21, 22, 23 to connect these first and second supporting members 18, 19 to each other. The first and second frames 16, 17 are connected to each other through cushioning members 34, 35 of rubber, etc. Consequently, the vibration and the noise generated on the side of the spool is blocked by the cushioning members 34, 35 and is never transmitted to the second frame 17, that is, to the car body side from the first frame 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
