<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form management device, a terminal unit device, a form management program, a terminal unit program, and a form management method for managing a recyclable form for building smoothly and efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: This form management device 1A (of a form management company 1A) having form data base storing form management information per form for building transmits order receiving information including form management information to the terminal unit device 1B (of a handling company 1B-1) accessible to an electronic tag attached to the form for building. The terminal unit device 1B writes the order receiving information received from the form management device 1A or the inputted form management information into the electronic tag of the form for building, reads the form management information from the electronic tag, and transmits it to the form management device 1A.
