PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical oscillator capable of highly efficiently oscillating light at a nano scale. SOLUTION: A first quantum dot 22 and a second quantum dot 23 which have different sizes are provided on a substrate 21, thereby causing a resonant effect between quantum levels in which status density functions become equal to each other and resonating light emitted on the basis of reverse distribution generated by implanting exciters into the quantum level of the second quantum dot 23 and further performing optical oscillation.
