PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inspecting a defect of a display panel, that facilitate repairing and reworking after an inspection step. SOLUTION: Two different curable compounds are mixed to prepare a conductive adhesive polymer, with which a display panel and a chip are temporarily fixed first for inspecting defects. If defects are found, a semi-finished product can be repaired or reproduced easily. If there is no defect, the display panel and chip are firmly fixed subsequently. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
