PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein an inspection method capable of preventing an electronic circuit of an inspection object from being affected by a peripheral circuit of a non-inspected object is required when executing leak current inspection and function inspection under the condition where the electronic circuit of the inspection object is mounted on a board. SOLUTION: This inspection method is provided with the electronic circuit constituted on the board, a terminal for outputting an electric signal to the electronic circuit, the peripheral circuit, a high-impedance forming means positioned in electric connection between the electronic circuit and the peripheral circuit, and an inspecting means for inspecting the electronic circuit. The high-impedance forming means has a process for preventing a current from flowing in from the peripheral circuit into the electronic circuit, or/and for preventing a current from flowing out from the electronic circuit to the peripheral circuit, and a process for connecting electrically the inspecting means to the terminal to conduct the inspection by inputting and outputting an inspection signal from the inspecting means to the electronic circuit, before the inspection, and the high-impedance forming means has a process for connecting the electronic circuit to the peripheral circuit, after the inspection.
