PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device having a uniform supply air rate, and suppressed in the bend of a duct to the utmost. SOLUTION: This ventilation device is provided with a planarly semicircular air intake port 22 in a case body upper part 21, and provided with a planarly semicircular chamber 23 covering the air intake port 22. A plurality of air supply ports 24 are radially provided on the side face of the chamber 23. The central axis 22a of a semicircle of the air intake port 22 and the central axis of a semicircle of the chamber 23 accord with each other. The plurality of air supply ports 24 are provided such that central axes 24a of the plurality of air supply ports 24 are orthogonal to the central axis 22a of the semicircle.
