PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship stop control device which can be easily stopped with a bow windward for various kinds of operations, and can be used while a ship is under navigation or brought alongside a quay. SOLUTION: In the ship stop control device, water suction ports 3, 3 are opened in the bow direction F of a ship bottom 2. Water discharge ports 5, 5 branched radially in the stern direction R are opened in the direction of the stern R. The water discharge ports 5, 5 and the water suction ports 3, 3 are connected to each other via a connection pipe 6 on the ship bottom 2, and an impeller 8 to be driven by a prime mover 7 is provided in the connection pipe 6.
