PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable of reducing a roll direction displacement by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A mount insulator 2 for elastically supporting a suspension member 1 connected to a knuckle 5 through a suspension link 4 is provided with an inner cylinder 10 and an outer cylinder 11 having a vertical axis and telescopically arranged; and an elastic member 12 for connecting the inner cylinder 10 and the outer cylinder 11. A pair of projections 13, 14 projecting in at least a vehicle width direction is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 10 and an inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder respectively. The pair of inner projection 13 and the outer projection 14 are arranged so as to be opposed to each other in the vehicle width direction with a predetermined gap in plan view and are arranged offsetly in a vehicle vertical direction.
