PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control system and its control method which prevents erroneous operation of a robot due to erroneous recognition of a voice and improves safety. SOLUTION: A voice interface 100 is equipped with a voice input part 101, a voice recognition part 102, a vocabulary-command storage part 103 storing the information associating the vocabulary of the recognition object with the command of the robot, a command determination part 104 determining the command of the robot from the recognized vocabulary and the information stored in the vocabulary-command storage part 103, and a first communication part 105 transmitting the command to a robot control device 110. The robot control device 110 is equipped with a second communication part 111 receiving the command, a command control part 112, a permission command storage part 113 storing an executable command, and a robot control part 114 controlling the operation of a robot mechanism part 120 according to the command.
