<p>The device has a hollow tube that is constructionally connected by a screw connection, riveting or production technical plastic injection method. The hollow tube accommodates a flag staff, and is made by mould-spraying in a mono block such that the tube is connected with a suction cup in an undetachable manner. A set of devices is attached on the suction cup, where the angle of inclination and/or the angle of decline between the suction cup and hollow tube are variable.</p> |
