The arrangement has a plate made from stoneware (1), where the plate is stabilized on one side partially or entirely with carbon fiber laminate (2) and matrix of a carrier. The carrier has a common temperature expansion coefficient that is viewed outwards by mixing ratio of components carbon fiber and the matrix. The temperature expansion coefficient of the carrier is practically equal to the temperature expansion coefficient of the stoneware to be stabilized.
