<p>The sensor has a separation layer (21) between two neighboring arranged magnetic layers (11, 12). Each magnetic layer has a direction of magnetization (M1, M2, M3), where the directions of magnetization of two neighboring magnetic layers are aligned parallel due to ferromagnetic coupling (FM) or are aligned antiparallel due to antiferromagnetic coupling (AFM) in an ideal state of the magnetic layers. An independent claim is also included for a method of determining force acting on a force sensor.</p> |
