<p>The apparatus has a thermoelement in a tube (3) and an external protective body (1) formed essentially of graphite and metal oxide. The thermoelement is arranged in and spaced from the protective body forming a gap therebetween, in which are provided an insulating material and an oxygen reducing material. These form a powder mix which is used to form a tube (2). This tube surrounds, and is spaced from either the thermoelement tube or the protective body. Independent claims also cover a method of manufacturing the apparatus.</p> |
