Fibers which are highly cool to the touch. The fibers, when wet, do not give an unpleasant feeling. They are excellent in texture and touch. Also provided are a fabric, clothes, and underclothes which are highly cool to the touch and made of the fibers. The fibers which are highly cool to the touch contain a thermoplastic elastomer and an inorganic filler.
