<p>A method for adding household information to the mobile network basic information of a mobile communication terminal is provided to display the second generation mobile network and the third generation mobile network as the same name if necessary, thereby enabling a communication service provider to display the network name of other mobile networks, which the communication service provider makes a roaming contract with, as the provider's network name. A method for adding household information to the mobile network basic information of a mobile communication terminal comprises the following steps of: setting the household information, composing a file of an operational network list and each record of network names, and storing the file in an SIM(Subscriber Identity Module); reading a registered PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network) and EF_PNN(PLMN Network Name) ID(Identification) corresponding to the household information; and displaying the network name string of a network name record corresponding to the EF_PNN ID on a screen.</p> |
