A device (1) for cleaning and sealing a through hole (10) of an assembly (11) for controlling emptying of a female urine bladder is disclosed. The through hole (10) connects a urine inlet (12) and a urine outlet (13). The device (1) comprises an oblong body (2) that at one end has an insertable portion (3) matching and being insertable into the through hole (10) via the urine outlet (13). The other end of the oblong body (2) constitutes a grip portion (4) protruding in the opposite direction compared to the direction of the insertable portion (3). A through hole cleaning flange arrangement (6) is located on a surface of the insertable portion (3) of the oblong body (2). Also, a through hole sealing flange arrangement (7), located on the surface of the insertable portion (3) of said oblong body (2). Also, an assembly (11 ) for controlling emptying of a female urine bladder comprising a through hole (10), the through hole (10) connecting a urine inlet (12) and a urine outlet (13), and the device (1) is disclosed.
