An application system and a creating method for real-time order type bidirectional data broadcasting are provided to reduce the development cost of system by automatically creating systems corresponding to respective applications using a standardized data structure and set information. A creator(100) creates a return data structure for data items constituting a scenario of an order type bidirectional application, and creates application information files and application contents based on the created return data structure. A transmitter(300) transmits a client application automatically created based on the created application information files and application contents. A real-time order type server(400) automatically creates a response process server application corresponding to the client application, and automatically constructs database used for the created response process server application. A return server(700) receives the created response process server application, and performs an order request and a response process by communicating with the client application.
