A manufacturing method for a fireproof stud is provided to cut off heat conduction and to prevent the spread of flames and noise by dividing a stud upward and downward and filling up the inside with inorganic lightweight fireproof materials. A manufacturing method for a fireproof stud comprises the steps of: manufacturing outward frames(10) to have slits(12) at regular intervals; manufacturing an inward frame coupled with cutoff frames to a structural flat bar(31); inserting the inward frame to the inside of the outward frames; filling up an inner space of the outward frame fixed with the inward frame with porous inorganic lightweight fireproof materials; and forming a heat shielding slit to cut off heat conduction by cutting the slits open completely after hardening the inorganic lightweight fireproof materials.
