An apparatus for lowering and lifting up underwater investigation equipment is provided to lift up the underwater investigation equipment from the ocean to a ship. An apparatus for lowering and lifting up underwater investigation equipment includes a body part(100), a main frame(200), a front and rear drive part, and a pivot drive part. One end of the front and rear drive part is connected to a main frame and the other end thereof is connected to an end of a lower portion of the rear surface of the body part. One end of the pivot drive part is connected to the main frame and the other end thereof is connected to a central portion of the body part.
