<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ag alloy reflection film for optical information recording on which laser marking can be easily performed, to provide an optical information recording medium provided with the reflection film and a sputtering target for formation of the reflection film. <P>SOLUTION: (1) The Ag alloy reflection film for optical information recording primarily contains Ag and contains 0.01 to 3 at%, in total, of at least one of Bi and Sb and 3 to 42 at%, in total, of at least one of Cu, Ge, Mg and Zn. (2) The above Ag alloy reflection film contains 0.1 to 3 at% Y. (3) The optical information recording medium has the above Ag alloy reflection film. (4) The Ag alloy sputtering target for formation of the above Ag alloy reflection film primarily contains Ag, contains 0.01 to 3 at% Sb (or 0.03 to 10 at% Bi) and contains 3 to 42 at%, in total, of at least one of Cu, Ge, Mg and Zn. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
