ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM AND IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic system and an image processing method by which a desired magnified image can be displayed over a short period of time from a thumbnail without increasing the size of stored data.

SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic system is provided with a display device (15) which gives thumbnail indication of motion pictures and still pictures collected as raw data. In this case, it is provided with a memory means (20) which also stores the start address of a frame in which the thumbnail is created in a thumbnail memory storage area in a memory storage area in which the raw data is stored.
