<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter apparatus which can control the particle size of a medication to be sprayed and a spraying shape. <P>SOLUTION: The catheter apparatus (416) has a proximal end where a medication is supplied and a distal end which is inserted into a patient's body and sprays the medication. This apparatus has a medication spraying means equipped with a medication lumen which has a medication orifice (419) and extends from the proximal end to the distal end in the inside and is for spraying the medication in a first direction at the distal end, and a countercurrent gas emission means equipped with a gas lumen which has a countercurrent gas orifice 440 which extends from the proximal end to the distal end in this apparatus and emits gas in the opposite direction of the first direction for the medication sprayed from the medication spraying means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
