<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beater designed so as to uniformly mix soymilk with a coagulator and beat the mixture in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The beater is provided with the following: a box body 11 charged with soymilk; a first beating blade 12 moving from the side surface 11b of the box body 11 to the side surface 11c positioning opposite to the side surface 11b, and having almost the same size as that of the side surface 11b; and a second beating blade 13 separated from the first beating blade 12 at a predetermined interval, following the first beating blade 12 to move, and having almost the same size as that of the side surface 11b. The first beating blade 12 separates from the bottom part 11a of the box body 11 at a predetermined interval, and the second beating blade 13 separates from both of the side surfaces 11d, 11e connecting the side surface 11b of the box body 11 and the side surface 11c positioning opposite to the side surface 11b at a predetermined interval. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
