<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer with relief and reliability by clarifying guarantee content (guarantee information) by obtaining detailed information such as a serial number and customer information of a sold electrical instrument. <P>SOLUTION: This customer information management system includes an information remote controller 13 which instructs start/stop of operations of electric instruments 11, 12, 13 and has keys and a screen by which interactive input is possible, a customer management center 21 connected via communication equipment 15, a customer information data base 22, a display means for prompting input of the customer information and a means for transmitting the inputted customer information and instrument information stored in the electric instruments 11, 12, 13 to the customer management center 21 to record them in the customer information data base 22, and display for prompting input of the customer information is performed on the screen, the customer information is recorded in the customer information data base 22 to make it into a customer information registration date at the point of time when the customer information is inputted and the customer information registration date is displayed on the screen as a guarantee start point date in the guarantee information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
