PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a street information providing system capable of providing the most suitable information in accordance with users.

SOLUTION: In a street bulletin board system 15 constituted by connecting a street terminal device 2 which is installed in a street or the like and provides information in accordance with user's operation, and a server device 3 for managing information provided to the street terminal device 2, to a network 5, the system is so configured that user's operations on the street terminal device 2 are stored in a database 4 as an event log.
