<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the peak level of radiated noise as a time average. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 5 comprises a rotational speed detection means 8 that detects the rotational speed of a motor 1, a speed-command control means 9 that generates a speed command signal using the detected signal of the rotational speed and a target rotational speed inputted from a target rotational speed input means 10, a carrier signal generation means 7 that generates a carrier signal, and a pulse width modulation signal generation means 6 that generates a pulse signal for driving a switch portion 2.
