<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost health promotion device which gives a soft touch on the skin while effectively yielding negatic ions generated from gerumanium. <P>SOLUTION: The health promotion device is made up of a conical laminate 10 with a slicon resin layer 12 containing organtic germanium at its upper part and a silicon resin layer 11 at its lower part. The organic germanium in the silicon resin layer 12 containing the organic germanium as skin contact part is activated by the boy heat to release negatic ions.
