<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint device capable of being automatically and economically produced by simple machining, having optimum rigidity and load imposition performance, allowing proper distribution of force, and allowing reduction of the whole height. <P>SOLUTION: This joint device has: a first joint part 1 having at least one projection area 2; and a second joint part 3 having at least one elastic area 4. The projection area 2 has a conical external face projecting to a z-direction and making at least one angle 12 to the z-direction. The elastic area 4 is oriented to a center direction, and is disposed parallel to a radial direction inside the second joint part. The projection area 2 engages with the inside of the elastic area 4 to perform x-y positioning in the z-direction. The second joint part 3 has an integral structure.
