<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station manufactured with a lower component cost for radio circuits and a reduced time for circuit design and design verification. <P>SOLUTION: The radio base station comprises a DA converter for converting a transmit signal from digital to analog, an amplifier circuit for amplifying the transmit signal, a PLL circuit for oscillating with a predetermined frequency, and a frequency converter for up-converting the transmit signal into a radio frequency using the PLL circuit. At least the amplifier circuit, the PLL circuit and the frequency converster are integrated on one integrated circuit.
