<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management reorganization support apparatus for efficiently promoting management reorganization. <P>SOLUTION: This device for performing information processing for supporting management reorganization is provided with: a comprehension level calculating part 7 for acquiring the result of a task process comprehension level test for measuring the comprehension level of a task process, and for calculating the comprehension level of an employee based on the acquired result; a reform degree calculating part 10 for acquiring execution information showing whether or not the task has been executed following the task process by the employee, and for calculating a reform degree being such a degree that the business has reformed based on the acquired execution information; an achievement deciding part 12 for deciding whether or not the reform degree and the understanding level respectively satisfy predetermined conditions corresponding to each of them; and a measures deciding part 13 for, when it is decided that the reform degree does not satisfy the predetermined conditions by the achievement deciding part 12, deciding measures to the employee corresponding to the decision result of whether or not the understanding level satisfies the predetermined conditions by the achievement deciding part 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
