<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket using system suitable for practical use which is high in safety and operability. <P>SOLUTION: In a ticket use system, a strap type tag 21 in which first identification information is stored is preliminarily distributed to a user. Also, when the reservation of a reserved seat is operated through a portable telephone set 2, the reservation contents are displayed, and a card tag 4 in which second identification information is stored is distributed to a user. The stripe type tag 21 or the card type tag 4 is used as a ticket. A user registers seat type information by using the telephone set 2 when making a reservation, and when the seat type information is a non-reserved seat, the first identification information is stored in a ticket DB 153 as ticket authentication information.
