<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold cathode fluorescent lamp capable of stably starting up lighting, achieving long life, and obtaining high light emitting efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The cold cathode fluorescent lamp is equipped with a flat panel 12 in which a gas generating ultraviolet-ray by collision of electron is filled, photo-luminescent phosphor 22 formed on an inner face of the flat panel 12, and a pair of electrodes 24 arranged in the flat panel 12 so as to face each other at least on one surface of which a carbon thin film 24b is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
