PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film which has outstanding transparency and conductivity equivalent to a conductive film in which ITO is laminated while using a conductive polymer for a transparent conductive coating film layer. SOLUTION: The conductive film is obtained by preparing, on at least one side of a substrate film, a transparent conductive coating film layer comprising: a poly cation-shaped polythiophene consisting of a repeating unit expressed by the general formula (in the formula R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>represent a hydrogen atom or a 1-4C alkyl group independently, or represent a 1-12C alkylene group which may be arbitrarily substituted mutually together); and a polyanion, wherein the layer thickness of the surface side in which this polythiophene is not contained is 5 nm or less. In addition, the conductive film has the all light transmission ratio of 70% or more, and the surface resistivity of 10-1×10<SP>4</SP>Ω/SQUARE. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
