<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction-heating unit and an electromagnetic induction-heating cooking apparatus, each of which can make its circuit simple with a resonant state of the circuit maintained. <P>SOLUTION: This simplified circuit in an electromagnetic induction-heating unit and an electromagnetic induction-heating cooking apparatus comprises a work-coil L which forms a series resonant circuit together with a capacitor C; a high frequency inverter 3 which supplies a high frequency current to the work-coil L; a current detecting circuit 13 which detects a current flowing through the work-coil L; and a current deviation detector 15 which increases and decreases the frequency of the high frequency current, in response to a deviation of a leading or lagging state of the output voltage of the high frequency current with respect to the detection current detected at the current detecting circuit 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
