PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components and to enable a non-reflective processing operation to be performed simply and quickly, even at a high location, such as electric post. SOLUTION: The non-reflective processing structure has two components a cap 3 which is provided with an inserting port 7 on one end, shaped with a bottom and filled in the inside with a refractive index matching material 9; and a connecting/holding means 5 which integrally connects and holds an optical fiber 1a and the cap 3, where the terminating part of the optical fiber 1a is inserted from the insertion port 7 of the cap 3.
