PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device capable of certainly preventing that combustion exhaust is discharged into a room. SOLUTION: This bathroom heating device has: a combustion chamber 6 storing a burner 5; a combustion exhaust discharge means 16 discharging the combustion exhaust from the combustion chamber 6 through a combustion exhaust passage 7; an air passage 12 circulated with air inside of the heated room 2; a heat exchanger 14 heating the air circulated through the air passage 12 by the combustion exhaust circulated through the combustion exhaust passage 7; and a hot air discharge means 18 discharging the air heated by the heat exchanger 14 into the room 2 through the air passage 12 as hot air. The bathroom heating device has an air supply means 17 sucking the air inside the room 2 into the air passage 12 on the upstream side of the heat exchanger 14 and supplying it into the air passage 12. The bathroom heating device has a suction means 15 sucking the combustion exhaust from the combustion chamber 6 into the combustion exhaust passage 7 on the downstream side of the heat exchanger 14.
