PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state laser device wherein a longitudinal mode can be made single properly. SOLUTION: Transmission of etalon to oscillation line of wavelength of 1,061.6 to 1,062.2 nm by Nd:YAG laser medium 3 is made 0.9 or less (the maximum value of transmission is 1.0). Consequently, the oscillation line of wavelength of 1,061.6 to 1,062.2 nm is attenuated in etalon and a peak corresponding to it does not appear in output laser light practically.
