PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera apparatus wherein such the problem is improved that switching vibration arises when a shutter button is depressed , even though the switching operation is mechanically performed. SOLUTION: The camera apparatus 1 includes; the shutter button 2; a camera lens 3; a switch 4 for mechanically detecting the depression of the shutter button 2 under the control of the shutter button 2; a lead wire 6; a connector 7; and a substrate 8 with an apparatus for obtaining image information obtained through the camera lens 3. The switching vibration arising when the shutter button 2 is depressed by the camera user and a switching driving part 42 is rotationally driven by a flange part 22 is not transmitted to the substrate 8, but, absorbed by the lead wire 6, then, an image of good image quality can be recorded.
